Terms of Service

1. Your licence

You may install and use Ultenix on Macs you control, for your own work or the work of the organisation you belong to. The licence is personal to you and cannot be transferred.

2. Plans and billing

• The free plan does not expire.
• Pro renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. We charge your card on the renewal date.
• Cancel any time from the app's settings. Pro features remain available until the end of the term you have paid for.
• We do not prorate refunds. The 14 day trial exists so you can decide before paying anything.

3. Commands generated by AI

Ultenix proposes commands based on what you ask for, and you choose whether to run them. We do not warrant that a generated command is correct, safe, or fit for your purpose.

Ultenix detects destructive operations and pauses before they run, but no such check catches everything. Treat it as a safety net, not a guarantee.

The decision to run a command is yours, and so is the outcome. Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

4. Third party tools

Claude Code and other agents run under your own agreements with their providers. Ultenix gives them a place to run. We are not responsible for their behaviour, pricing, or availability.

5. What you may not do

• Break the law, or use Ultenix to operate a machine you have no right to operate
• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where law permits it
• Share, resell, or transfer a licence key
• Place an unreasonable load on our hosted model or our relay

6. Changes to the service

We may change what Ultenix does or stop offering parts of it. If we withdraw a paid feature we will announce it in advance and refund any unused term. The relay may go down briefly for maintenance.

7. Liability

Ultenix is provided as it is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes go to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
